3 — Terms & conditions

A pair's slot is confirmed only after full payment of the registration fee (Rp 550.000/pair). Slots are allocated in order of payment, not form submission.
The registration fee is non-refundable, except if the event is cancelled by the organizer.
Players must match their category level (Men Lower Bronze / Women Upper Beginner). The organizer may verify skill levels and reassign or disqualify pairs that do not match their declared category, without refund.
Players must arrive at least 30 minutes before their scheduled first match. A pair more than 10 minutes late for a match may be declared walkover at the committee's discretion.
Photo & video release: participants agree that photos and videos taken during the event may be used by The Padel Point for marketing and promotional purposes (social media, website, and other materials) without compensation.
Assumption of risk: participants play at their own risk. The Padel Point, the organizing committee, sponsors, and partners are not responsible for any injury, accident, or health issue during the event, nor for lost or damaged personal belongings.
The tournament format and schedule may be adjusted by the committee. All committee decisions are final.
